Selection of the images for your album can be a very time-consuming and overwhelming task. It is recommended that you allow Jessica to select the images for you. We’ve spent countless hours between consultations, meetings, engagement session and the wedding and I get to know my couples very well and have a good understanding of what they like by the time the wedding has past. If you would like to have me select the images, simply send me an email stating just that.
Otherwise, follow the instructions below:
IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR NEGATIVES
If you have chosen to purchase your negatives or they are included in your package, you have the option of using those OR our on-line PROOFING to communicate your selection to me. If you want to use your negatives (recommended) the first thing you’ll do is put the disc into your computer. Drag and drop the folder of images onto your desktop. (this will take some time because they are very large files). Now that they are onto your computer, you can browse through them and start the selection process. You will see that they are all numbered. I recommend opening a word document and writing the image number down as you go along. (you do not need to include the zero’s, just the ending number. EX: 0001 would be 1) Please put them in chronological order so that there are no mistakes. When you’re done, simply e-mail me your list to stoutphotography@gmail.com
IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE YOUR NEGATIVES OR THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED
If you opted not to purchase your negatives, you will use your on-line proofing located here to communicate your selection to us. Image galleries are listed in order of newest to oldest events. To view an image gallery, click on your event and follow the instructions for entering your login information. Once you’ve entered your gallery, scroll the mouse over an image, you’ll see the image name/number. I recommend opening a word document and writing the image number down as you go along. (you do not need to include the name or zero’s, just the ending number. EX: 0001 would be 1) Please put them in chronological order so that there are no mistakes.
